1976 was the year Bagel Boss opened our first store in Hicksville, Long Island. My father Mel and I, with the help of my two younger brothers, Jerry and Adam, helped transform the bagel business to what it is today - 5 generations of bialy and bagel bakers from Bialystok Poland bringing the finest quality of products to you today.
Bagel Boss Hewlett is the "innovator not the imitator" and the face of the franchise of the Bagel Boss stores in the New York area. Delivering to schools, hospitals, local delis, diners and restaurants, serving the finest quality bagels, bialys, salads and bakery products!
